Damsels & Dragons

Join Larry Federman, Asst. Warden/Educator for Audubon New York's Rheinstrom Hill, Buttercup Farm, RamsHorn-Livingston Audubon Centers and Sanctuaries for "Damsels and Dragons - An Introduction to the World of Odonates." Larry will present a slide show covering basic dragonfly and damselfly biology, an overview of odonate families, and an introduction to the NYS Damselfly and Dragonfly Survey. You will find out how Audubon is involved in the survey and how you can become involved in this extremely rewarding project. The lecture will be held at The Catskill Center on Sunday, October 22nd at 1 PM. The Catskill Center is a non-profit, membership organization working to foster both healthy ecosystems and vibrant communities in the Catskills.
