Bird Walk at RamsHorn-Livingston Sanctuary

Join Audubon New York Educator and Assistant Warden Larry Federman for a morning walk looking and listening for birds through a beautiful and unique wildlife sanctuary in the Hudson Valley. The RamsHorn-Livingston Sanctuary (approximately 436 acres) is located in the Village of Catskill. The sanctuary consists of a tidal marsh and swamp, upland forests, fallow farm fields, and the RamsHorn Creek. Migrating warblers and other songbirds will be observed, and there is always the possibility of seeing Bald Eagles. On Sunday, May 7, we will meet at the sanctuary parking lot in Catskill at 7:30am. This walk is sponsored by The Catskill Center for Conservation and Development, please call (845) 586-2611 to pre-register and get directions.
