Directions to the Trailheads

Trailhead on Beaver Kill Road
(Blue-blazed Dry Brook Ridge Trail)

From State Route 17 - Take the Livingston Manor exit, #96. Follow Sullivan County Route 151 North through Lewbeach. Upon entering Ulster County, the road will change to Ulster County Route 54. Turn right onto Beaver Kill Road, proceed through Hardenburgh. You will pass by the trailhead for the Mongaup-Hardenburgh Trail on the right. Follow Beaver Kill Road to the parking area at its end.

Trailhead on Mill Brook Road
(Blue-blazed Dry Brook Ridge Trail)

From State Route 28 - Proceed to hamlet of Arkville, located east of Margaretville and west of Fleischmanns. Turn south on Dry Brook Road (Turns into County Route 49 once you enter Ulster County). Go approximately 5 miles, then make sharp right-turn onto Mill Brook Road. Parking area will be on the right, and the trailhead is across the road.
