Stock Gifts

Your financial advisors may suggest that a gift of stock would be to your advantage for tax purposes. If this is the case, you can make a donation of equities to The Catskill Center by:


  1. Determine the type of stock and number of shares you wish to donate
  2. Send a letter to your stockbroker, with a copy to The Catskill Center with the following information:
  • Your Name, Address and Telephone Number
  • Your Stock Brokers Name, Address, and Telephone Number
  • Your Account Number at your stockbrokers firm
  • The type of stock and number of shares you wish to donate.

Your stockbroker may need detailed information regarding The Catskill Center’s broker and account information. Please request this information via e-mail at membership@catskillcenter.org.
