Aaron Bennett
- Director of Education
Aaron has spent his life in the Catskills, and has worked at The Catskill Center since September of 1998. After two AmeriCorps terms where he coordinated student and adult volunteer water quality monitoring, he currently serves as the Director of Education . He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Water Resource Management from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry (ESF), in Syracuse. Aside from his work at The Center, he serves on the board of directors of the Olive Natural Heritage Society, the Catskill Mountain Club, and the Pine Hill Community Center. Aaron is also a NYS-licensed hiking guide and co-authors an outdoor column in local newspapers. Aaron, his wife Jeanenne, their new son Hudson, and their dog Pipier currently live in Olivebridge while building a house in Oliverea.
